Life can be stressful. Even challenging at times. When you or your family needs a little extra support, the employee assistance program (EAP) can help.
Get help 24/7
To reach the EAP, call 866-248-4096.
If you or another person is in danger of hurting themselves, dial or text 988 for the Suicide Prevention Lifeline or chat at 988lifeline.org/chat.
You can call to speak with assistance specialists who provide consultation, risk screening, advocacy, referrals, and educational materials. Or you can access the EAP website to search self-help information, resource directories, video programs, personal empowerment programs, and thousands of articles.
You can have up to seven free counseling sessions—online, by phone, or in person—for each issue you need help with.
To get connected with a counselor, call Optum at 866-248-4096, or visit EAP the website.
