Lam directors and above may be eligible to participate in the elective deferred compensation plan (EDCP).
Overview
If you’re eligible, the EDCP allows you to defer up to 75% of your salary and/or 100% of your bonus. Investment options include a wide selection of variable-rate funds.
If you’re promoted or newly hired to a director position or above, you’ll receive an email from Empower, the plan administrator, on your eligibility date.
The EDCP is not available to Silfex employees.
